Our History
Creative Konfusion is an entertainment company that was founded in 2013. We are a full-service company which includes management of artists, songwriters, producers and engineers. The concept of a talent management company began as a thought in the minds of the founders years prior to the inception of the company. Unlike the vast majority of management companies our principle role is different. Our main goal is not with getting our artists signed, rather we work towards the developing and unlocking of the value of their brand. (i.e., Business Development). At Creative Konfusion Entertainment we offer an unmatched range of services including music production, video production, artist development, artist representation and promotion. The Creative Konfusion team has years of experience with artists ranging from chart-toppers to talented newcomers with ambition and drive, looking to make a statement with music. We have the experience, the knowledge, the talent and the passion to help our artist create the high calibre material that success demands with integrity, honesty, and professionalism .

Cyncuenta Iscariot Knowles has always loved Hip-Hop music and mentored several artists during his 20 year career. He has worked in one way or another with all the legendary hip hop artists from Long Island, NY such as Erick B & Rakim, EPMD , K. Solo, Biz Markie , Craig Mack also Big Daddy Kane.
He was also instrumental with helping Petey Pablo in the early stages of his career. Cyncuenta now works with many up and coming artists in the Hip-Hop and Trap genres.
Jennifer "J. LOMIAMI" Carman is a Queens, NY native who has a very extensive knowledge of music. Raised in a Puerto Rican household she grew up listening to all genres of music to include hip-hop, r&b, freestyle, house and Spanish genres to include, salsa, merengue, bachata and reggeton. J. LOMIAMI has written and performed on songs for DJ's in Europe. Now making a name for herself in the states, she hopes to continue to make music with the same rhythmic flows.
Martin “Sugarman” Carman a.k.a. Big Shug a.k.a. Shug is a writer, producer, engineer, manager and entrepreneur. He started in the music industry in 1995 as an entertainer as part of the group “S.U.N.” Since 1995 as an Artist, Shug has recorded with or performed with the likes of Rakim, Krs1, Big Daddy Kane, Craig Mack, Brownstone, Soul 4 Real, Petey Pablo, The Fugees, Redman, Keith Murray, Chico Debarge and more. As a producer, Shug has produced music that was placed in television shows like E Entertainment- True Hollywood Story of David Hasselhoff, True Hollywood Story of Usher, True Hollywood Story Sports Stars Private Lives, Style Her Famous Tyra Banks, Sprite Basketball Show, Second Generation Wayans, Daily 10 and more. Shug has also wrote and produced numerous songs that are currently being played on music outlets like Apple IRadio, MixRadio, Spotify, Rhapsody, and MusicNet Beats Music.

Cortez Farris is a Platinum Engineer & Producer. His credits include Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, The Black Eyed Peas, Joe, Lil’ Kim, El Debarge & many more. Cortez worked for many years at the world famous Hit Factory Recording Studios in New York City, and has worked as a Music Producer and Engineer on projects around the World. He is the Founder & Head Mentor at AMMPP. Originally from Brooklyn, New York he now lives in Atlanta, Georgia where he runs Robot City Studios.

I believe happiness is when one can sit still and feel nothing but peace. Peace in their life, peace in their spirit, peace in their soul. It takes a while to achieve true happiness but when you achieve it you, guard it with your life because it is extremely precious and not worth letting go for anyone or anything....
